Koru Camps – Rangitahi |

These camps offer immersive, adventure-based activities aimed at youth from across Manukau, Papakura, Central, and West Auckland communities. They provide a structured setting for young people to explore personal growth, teamwork, resilience, and self-discovery. Activities include outdoor pursuits, team-building exercises, and experiential learning designed to challenge, inspire, and empower participants. These camps provide invaluable workshops that provide an opportunity for youth to step beyond their comfort zones in a safe, supportive environment—guided by caring mentors and surrounded by peers on similar journeys. By promoting personal development and community connection, Koru Camps align with the broader goal of nurturing confident, capable young individuals equipped to thrive both socially and emotionally. |

For more than 15 years, The Koru Trust has delivered the Pride Holiday Programs free of charge across Auckland, ensuring accessibility for all whānau. These programs provide safe,structured, and inclusive environments where tamariki and rangatahi engage in sports,cultural workshops, and creative activities that strengthen teamwork, leadership, andwellbeing.With over 10,000 participants to date, Pride Holiday Programs have become a trusted community resource—removing financial barriers, fostering whanaungatanga, and giving families confidence their children are safe, active, and positively engaged during school holidays. |

Pacific Pride & Korero Talanoa Mahi (KTM) |

Pacific Pride supports Pasifika youth in secondary schools through mentoring, cultural empowerment, and leadership development, while affirming identity and belonging. Delivered with partner schools, it enhances wellbeing, resilience, and academic success, preparing students for future pathways. Integrated within this is Korero Talanoa Mahi(KTM)—a personal development and support service that helps young people transition intoeducation, training, or employment. Combining meaningful conversation, purposeful action,and access to free counselling, KTM builds confidence, goal-setting skills, and emotional readiness, ensuring rangatahi are equipped to thrive in life, learning, and community. |
